Gifted Works was founded with one purpose: find, uncover, unlock, and activate the underused and untapped potential in believers across the world who are called to make a difference through next level talent development solutions.
Why We Exist
Romans 8:19 · Matthew 5:13–14 · Isaiah 58:12
The Bible says that the whole earth waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. We are called to be the salt of the Earth — intercessors, gap-standers, difference-makers. Representing light for the glory of God.
There are so many issues in the world that require that kind of light we carry to make a difference. However, too many of us carry solutions, we carry the love of God — not enough of us are operating in the full impact we're called to. We choose comfort, we give way to fear, we become self-absorbed in our own worlds, or are unaware of our gifts and how to activate those gifts for purpose.
That's why Gifted Works was founded with one purpose: to find, uncover, unlock, and activate the underused and untapped potential in believers (Light Enablers) across the world who are called to make a difference in the world.
Our target is bold: activate 800 million Light Enablers by 2050. That means 800 million people on purpose, in alignment, solving problems with the unique gifts God gave them.
That number is impossible to achieve alone. That's why we're calling for leaders from all over the globe to join us on this mission to Light Up the World.
The Woman Behind the Movement
Candice McGlen
Founder, Gifted Works
Houston, TX
Candice is a purpose activator, leadership consultant, speaker, and founder of Gifted Works, a global movement built on one conviction: that every person was designed by God, on purpose, for a purpose. When people operate in that purpose, individuals thrive, organizations transform, and the world changes.
Raised in a family of pastors and ministers, Candice's foundation was rooted early in faith, service, and the belief that every life carries meaning. That foundation, combined with her early experience in grassroots movement building, shaped how she sees the world — not just as it is, but as it could be when people are awakened and activated.
Professionally, Candice brings deep expertise in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and human resources. She has spent her career helping leaders and organizations unlock potential, build high-performing cultures, and create environments where people do more than work. They grow, lead, and realize who they were created to be. Over time, she began to see a powerful gap. Organizations were developing skills, but many people were still disconnected from purpose.
Her journey to founding Gifted Works was not linear. It was forged through obstacles, seasons of uncertainty, and a calling that refused to be silenced. Through it all, she discovered that purpose is not something you find. It is something you activate. She also learned that God's design for your life is always greater than what you can see in your hardest moments. Today, Candice brings that message to stages, boardrooms, churches, and communities through keynotes, coaching, cohorts, and global initiatives like the Light Up the World campaign, with a bold vision to activate 800 million Light Enablers by 2050.
"The time requires believers to fully understand who they are in Christ — who they were uniquely designed to be in order to deliver the light and impact the world so desperately needs."
