This work is for churches, faith-based nonprofits, and faith-rooted for-profit organizations ready to build cultures where people are engaged, developed, and retained for purpose.

We believe that churches, faith-based nonprofits, and faith-rooted businesses are in a unique and powerful position to activate Light Enablers and drive lasting change in the communities they serve.

The highest vision for your church or organization is what we call Church Actualized, a state where your organization is fully operating in Service, Salvation, Worship, Edification, and Unity, glorifying God at every level.

Gifted Works uses the E.D.A.R. framework to fully enable organizations from wherever they are. EDAR is a Hebrew word meaning "flock of sheep," and an acronym for Engage, Develop, Attract, and Retain. This process is designed to ensure your organization reaches its highest potential through Jesus Christ.
